Everything you create contributes to the story you author as your life. Consider the possibility that all you are ever creating is your self - that that is all we are ever doing. In an atmosphere of exploration and fun, we will use the vessel form as a mirror to reflect those aspects of Self that long to be given voice and vision.

Using the most humble and mundane of materials, including recycled industrial, manmade, and found natural objects, you will craft free form, sculptural containers that naturally reflect your personal view of the world while simultaneously allowing you to see what is possible.   

Focusing on the creative process, you’ll explore and express the prayerful side of intent while moving from the outer world of expectation to an inner world of creativity and connection.  From this place where creativity and connection reside, you will experience your connection with all life and know that we are all mirrors for the other. 

Come play, discover and experience yourself and the world at large through the eyes of connection.  This workshop also involves meditative exercises, group sharing and journaling.

Miani Carnevale is a professional artist and workshop facilitator.  A graduate of the Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida, she has studied art in Florence, Italy and Oslo, Norway.  Miani has exhibited her work throughout the United States and is represented in collections nationwide.   She is currently an Artist in Resident at and on the Faculty of The Omega Institute. Miani considers herself a transformational activist and facilitates Creative Encounters designed to inspire connection through creative expression.
