ADVANCED FACE REFLEXOLOGY WORKSHOP
Sunday, October 5, 2008, 9:30am-5:30pm In the 7 years since introducing the Basic Face Reflexology workshop, many more developments and strides have been made in this unique, fascinating technique. The "Reflex mapping" of the whole body, as located on your face, is popular in both Europe and South America. And, the experience of relaxation, as reported by the people who receive Face Reflexology, is more deeply felt than any other form of reflexology. In this workshop we trace these "international" methods and learn how to integrate them to build upon the system design of Basic Face Reflexology. In addition, we'll learn the powerful "focus points" to use in an already exquisite form of bodywork. Advanced Face Reflexology will deepen your knowledge and confidence for this powerful, convenient form of bodywork. And, you'll learn the full range of techniques, as well as how, and when to apply them. Any or all parts of this method can be integrated with all reflexology or massage protocols to deepen the client's relaxation experience. A certificate will be given for the documentation of seven continuing education units. Instructor Wendy Coad has been a Holistic Health Practitioner and Bodyworker for the past 17 years. As Principal Instructor, she teaches a 200 hr. Professional Training Program at the New York Open Center, a 400 hr. Reflexology Program at the Vital Energy Source and a Teacher Training Program in Manhattan. Her private practice is in Manhattan and Ft Lauderdale. An educator for 26 years, Ms. Coad has years of professional experience in Reflexology and teaching. She's trained in both Eastern and Western methods of Reflexology.
