Women of Intention...Does the holiday spirit leave you feeling mean spirited from time to time? Are you preoccupied with all that needs to be done to make it a joyous holiday season? Are you counting the days until it is time to take the tree down and put all those ornaments away, looking forward to life as you know it without all the hub bub and stress surrounding the holiday season?

Please join us to de-stress your holiday distress. Experience the gifts of the season of peace, joy, love and laughter with Gail, who will help you laugh your cares away and Georgia, who will share techniques to remain peaceful in the midst of chaos. At least a dozen tips will be shared to help you manage the stress of the season.

Gail Ellen Riegler is a lady with many hats. In addition to being a Certified Laughter Leader and a Certified Senior Exercise Instructor for the "Elderly Population", Gail currently teaches Gentle Yoga Classes, Light Chair Aerobic Class and Laughter Senior Fitness Classes in Harrisburg and outlying areas.

Georgia Mazzolla is a life coach, workshop and retreat leader and speaker who works with individuals and groups who want to live their life in balance, on purpose, from the heart. She absolutely believes in our power to change, that inner peace is possible and love is the most important thing there is.

Marilyn has another delicious dinner in store for us. The menu will include vegetarian roasted red pepper soup, Greek chicken with mushrooms and artichoke hearts, eggplant parmesana, assorted desserts, a fruit plate, coffee and/or tea.

Remember the evening will begin at 6:00 for those of you who want time to support each other in buying our holiday gifts from the women who are present. Once again for this meeting, in addition to bringing your business cards and/or flyers, bring gift certificates or a few samples of what you offer for sale. I invite you to purchase your holiday gifts from each other.

Self-care is very important. I invite you to set aside this evening during the busy holiday season for yourself. Share some laughter, be reminded of ways to make it through the season with a smile on your face, enjoy a good meal and light-hearted conversation with friends. And also do some shopping.
