Thursday, April 24th, 2008 Women of Intention...Are you often present to the community of voices in your head? Do you wonder whose life is it anyway; just who is running the show? Come discover the many marvelous parts inside us which profoundly affect our lives, our relationships and our health. In Judith's presentation, she will acquaint you with your inner family--your inner child, your inner critic, the perfectionist, pusher and the extended family. When you understand your rich internal life, many things are possible. Being more conscious, you become aware of your life choices. You learn to speak up for yourself. You don’t work so hard. You don’t take care of other people quite so much and take better care of yourself. Judith Hendin, PhD, is a certified somatic therapist and senior Voice Dialogue facilitator in private practice for 20 years. She is a neuromuscular therapist and former professional dancer (with Pilobolus and other companies). The buffet includes a salad bar, vegetarian soup, two different chicken dishes, three vegetarian dishes, naan (which is their bread), dessert and a beverage. It is one of my favorite restaurants. If you have an allergy to Indian food or special dietary concerns, please let me know ahead of time, and we can accommodate you with another choice. Consider joining us for a unique experience.
